Mechanical Services limited is deeply rooted and involved in supporting our employees and our community as a whole. This commitment to the communities in which we live and work in is fuelled by our responsibility to be good corporate citizens and our desire to be a good neighbour. We acknowledge the communities that surround us, as now, more than ever, communities are relying on the private sector to share resources and help drive meaningful change which helps them to grow and keep up with the modern world.
The MSL Charitable & Dharmikh Sang was formed by the management and employees of Mechanical Services Limited in 2003 to assist the financially poor and needy students. The notion to form the Sang was brought to light by the Managing Director, Mr. Shiv Nand Sharma as he was receiving numerous requests for assistance from the community. Mr. Sharma obtained an overwhelming and encouraging support from the employees thus a committee was nominated and thereon the Sang was inaugurated with a good cause.
The funds for the Sang are collected through the contributions from the management and employees from their weekly wages. At the beginning of each year the committee sets out to distribute the funds to the schools. These schools are selected through a thorough evaluation of the application form which identifies the schools’ needs and after a visitation by the committee, the funds are dispensed accordingly to the schools.
In an increasingly environmentally conscious world, Mechanical Services limited, carries on with its ethical and moral obligation to protect and maintain the environment. Mechanical Services limited is committed to the environment it shares with the community and it has been in the forefront of providing aid and assistance to the community in times of natural disasters, national crisis and to support a general cause to help the community and the environment.
