We, Mechanical Services Limited have our own service department with fully qualified and trained service technicians capable of handling any HVAC & Refrigeration System.

We are specialized in systems manufactured by DAIKIN, however we have capabilities in the service and repair of all makes and models of air conditioners for our contracted clients which include Split, VRV Systems, Package Type, Chillers, Humdifiers and Ventilation works.

The Service Department objective is to provide quality service and assistance to our customers with the focus on customer satisfaction, timely service and quick response times according to priority requirements.

• WHAT IS A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT SYSTEM?  --- Once a maintenance contract is signed by a user, MECHANICAL SERVICES LIMITED ensures that the customer’s air conditioner units or low – temperature equipment operate properly and provide the designed functions. MECHANICAL SERVICES LIMITED performs maintenance work periodically as specified in the contract, thus eliminating the need for the customer to schedule and arrange a maintenance service. 

The maintenance and inspection operations included in the contracts are similar to regular health examinations that we receive at hospitals. MECHANICAL SERVICES LIMITED service engineers according to the check sheets carefully check the customer’s air conditioners for signs of abnormalities. The detailed check results are reported to the customer, together with advice and suggestions.  MECHANICAL SERVICES LIMITED strongly recommends maintenance contracts for units installed at the office bldg.

Our technicians are well trained and very competent, repairs are carried out fast and done right the first time, with the air conditioning back up and running as soon as possible.

We understand that it can be frustrating if the air conditioning breaks down, but you can count on our technicians to act professionally and with courtesy at all times. Following your call, our technician will arrive on site promptly, introduce himself and listen attentively to any concerns. He will then attend to the problem without delay, and carry out any necessary repairs – of course subject to your approval; our technicians' service vehicles are equipped with spare parts for most urgent repairs.

When finished, he will make sure the area is left clean and tidy and he will leave a detailed report on the work carried out.
